Staff interactions were positive. they were friendly and very accommodating, especially housekeeping. However, the bathrooms would benefit from better ventilation to manage unpleasant odors, and the pricing on the higher side leaves a bit to be desired. Enjoyed the fruit preserves at breakfast, which was a nice touch.

However, we did encounter an issue when we checked in. we received the wrong room initially, which was a bit frustrating.

I recently stayed for three nights in a Two Queen Beds room. The breakfast was a delight, with many options, and the hotel was exceptionally clean, really impressed by the cleanliness. The only issue was the dated furniture in my room, which was a bit off from what I expected from the photos. I'd definitely choose this spot again!

Decent stay, but needs work

I stayed for 3 nights and the bed was super comfy, but I had to deal with a broken shower drain and dirty sheets on the pullout sofa. The breakfast was okay, though they ran out of juice. It’s nice and quiet here, so that’s a plus!

I appreciated the variety in the breakfast menu, with options like fresh fruit and yogurt. However, I encountered issues with my room on the second night. There were ants on the bathroom floor. I reported it, and the staff promptly moved me to another room, but I still found ants the next morning. Despite calling the day front desk to discuss this, I didn't receive any compensation or follow-up. I was also disappointed there weren’t enough towels provided. The location is convenient for accessing local dining and activities, which is a plus. Overall, the reliable staff and excellent dining choices kept my spirits up despite the pest issue.
